Who are You? You are a Strategic Human Capital Consultant with experience as a Human Capital Generalist in a consulting firm leading executive level strategic transformational change in the transactional human resource environment. You have specialized in two or three human resource disciplines and know how the human capital puzzle fits to meet strategic goals. If you thrive in a complex stakeholder environment and are eager to apply your expertise at both the strategic and operational level, we encourage you to apply. Your impact will include: Leading strategic human capital transformation, including improving enterprise human resource applications in a DoD STEM/research environment Leading transactional team(s) towards achieving overarching strategic goals Identifying long-term strategic solutions, driven by thoughtful research and analysis You'll arrive equipped with: 5+ years in a consulting firm as a Human Capital consultant, with 1-2 years' experience with HRIS systems (preferably talent management), as well as additional expertise in at least one of the following areas: Talent Management Talent Development (i.e., training design and development) Position Classification Workforce Planning Diversity, Equality, Inclusion, and Accessibility ( DEIA) HR Policy & Procedures Two to three years of team leadership experience Experience with transactional human capital functions and how they apply to the strategic environment (HR strategic generalist); able to devise actionable steps of the strategy for mid-level leaders Background within transformational and/or change management efforts A bility to communicate confide ntly and clearly with executive level leadership U.S. citizenship (the nature of our work with the Federal government limits our hiring to U.S. citizens) Flexibility to commute regularly within the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and travel out-of-town (up to 20%); hybrid work environment anticipated, to include on-site and virtual locations Extra credit for: Experience with Agile methodology and organizational storytelling Ability to apply applicable HR data analytics to advise and inform organizational decision process Prior performance in related roles within the US Federal government environment We'll equip you with: A team that values diversity of experience and thought An environment that is unconditionally inclusive across race, gender, identity, religion, sexual orientation, and the many characteristics that make us all unique A network that understands the importance of existing relationships and the creation of new ones Rewarding and meaningful work, with flexibility and balance Competitive compensation and outstanding benefits Toffler Associates, Inc. is an affirmative action-equal opportunity employer.
