A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Administrative Assistant, you are the voice of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions by phone, by email, and in-person--and is one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, respond to emails, keep customer accounts updated, draft documents, and produce labels. You maintain detailed records of your interactions with customers and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT High school diploma or equivalent Experience in customer service or as a receptionist Excellent computer skills and proficiency with general office equipment Data entry skills Familiarity with Tri-County geography Experience preparing permit paperwork and scheduling inspections Experience following up on permit status, and processing backflow recertification permits Any experience in the home service industry, such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical would be helpful but is not necessarily required. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish would also be a plus! Are you goal-oriented and receptive to coaching and feedback? Do you have strong communication and interpersonal skills? WORK SCHEDULE This full-time office position typically works during business hours but needs to be available to participate in a rotating pre-scheduled on-call schedule after hours and on occasional weekends .
