POSITION PROFILE: Responsible for and assists with the management of the day to day golf operations of the facility. Provides excellent customer service to guest. Strives to model the Pursell Farms core values in the completion of their work ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION: Greets all guests promptly and in a welcoming manner Performs inventory control of hard goods, soft goods and special orders including display and sales Counts and maintains accurate inventory Assists in coordinating golf with other departments Efficiently operates the cash register and completes sales Maintains a neat and clean work area including all merchandise Assists the Golf Pro and Assistant Golf Pro with any special assignments Performs other duties as assigned DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School graduate or equivalent GED preferred Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skilled Customer service focused attitude Ability to use a computer and cash register Ability to understand and perform counting and mathematical calculations in the inventory process
