POSITION PROFILE: Greet guests arriving to play golf and assist them in preparation for play on the course. Ensure that guest have a positive experience. Strives to model the Pursell Farms core values in the completion of their work. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION: Greet guest upon arrival at the Club House Load golf clubs onto golf carts Clean guests' clubs Clean and maintain fleet of golf carts Maintain practice range by picking up golf balls and resetting practice stations. Perform other tasks as assigned DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Skills and Abilities: Education: High school education or high school student Must be able to work outside for extended periods of time in a variety of weather conditions Must be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs -golf bags and other related items Must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid Alabama driver's license Must be able to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance Must be able to work in a team environment to ensure that guests receive a world class experience Must pass pre-employment Background Check
