A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A POOL INSTALLATION FOREMAN In this position, you are vital to the success of our installation crews. You lead a team of skilled installers on various projects, directing each person according to the needs of the job. Skillfully, you handle pool installations from start to finish. You manage the grading and install liners. Also, you install a variety of pool equipment, such as pumps and heaters. Additionally, you work on the plumbing, ensuring that everything is functional. As you work, you keep an open line of communication with our office and with the customer. You love leading a team and take pride in the high-quality work you complete! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A POOL INSTALLATION FOREMAN 5+ years of experience installing pools Team-oriented Leadership skills Are you able to inspire and motivate others to put forth their best effort? Can you easily adapt to a changing environment? Are you a strategic thinker with a high-level vision? Do you have great problem-solving skills? Are you deadline-driven?
