Garde Manger/Pantry Cook Montclair Golf Club is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our staff! We are searching for Garde Manger/ Cold Food Specialist that are looking to join a motivated team of individuals. Our culinary staff is composed of professionals who are creative, meticulous and dedicated to quality. We will make sure you learn and grow, developing skills that will take you far. You must understand the basic chemistry of food and the techniques of preparation. You should be skilled with a knife, a sauté pan, and a recipe. You should be meticulous with your station and obsessively clean.
