Lifecore has an exciting, newly created Technical Manager-Business Operations role working with our New Business Development team on new opportunities to expand Lifecore's CDMO business. This is a very flexible hybrid role, with the option to work in the office or remotely depending on your day's schedule. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of new business development activities. You will have the opportunity to: Develop quotations, Statements of Work and Change Notifications Support and may lead kick-off client facing meetings which may include, but not limited to, reviewing services/scope, answering budgetary questions, speaking to Lifecore's capabilities and experience Monitor and coordinate the efforts of the internal and external project teams to meet predefined activities and timelines Develop and maintain supportive relationships with key stakeholders, decision-influencers, and decision-makers to achieve results Interact professionally with potential and current customers to understand their business needs and develop a positive business relationship Participate in client discussions to create alignment on critical deliverables Support the transition from the development stage of a project to the commercialization stage Ensure that a high level of customer service is being provided to all potential and current clients through accurate and timely communications Communicate with clients and internal customers with challenging issues in a positive manner. Create a spirit of teamwork, facilitating interactions between management, project management, and customer This position could be a great fit for you if you have a strong customer service orientation along with the desire to cultivate relationships in a highly technical environment along with the following: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering or Science Previous work experience in a Contract Manufacturing Organization or with the development, manufacturing, or analytical testing of sterile biotechnology products Business development, marketing, or customer support experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal partners Ability to influence and maintain effective working relationships both externally and cross-functionally Job Posted by ApplicantPro
