This automotive repair position earns a competitive wage of $27.00 to $33.00 per hour , depending on experience.We provide excellent benefits , including health and dental coverage after 90 days of employment, a 401(k) with a company match after 1 year, 1 week of vacation time after 1 year, and 2 weeks of vacation time after 2 years . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTO TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC As an Auto Technician / Mechanic, you provide the quality service we are known for on all vehicle makes and models. When customers bring in their cars, you inspect them thoroughly to determine what work they need. You communicate clearly with our service advisors and parts department, gaining approval for the work you recommend and then completing it efficiently. Once you complete your repairs, you road test vehicles to ensure that all the recommended work has been addressed. Your dedication to excellent service keeps our customers coming back. You go above and beyond, performing quality checks and accurately documenting all work performed to provide peace of mind and transparency for our customers. Eager to improve, you attend training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins. You get satisfaction from mastering your trade and helping our customers get safely back on the road! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTO TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC 2+ years of auto repair experience Possession of tools Driver's license ASE certification and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are preferred.
