Fiscal Contract Specialist (Project Hope Grant) Punta Gorda, FL Position Summary Assist in tracking and monitoring contract funds, Reviews and submits requests for program budget modifications to FEMA and CMHS, Prepares fiscal reports, Performs quality control and oversight of program purchases, Works closely with Program leadership to ensure funds are accessible to grant employees and are being used appropriately, Ensures all contracts are appropriate and compliant with state and federal mandates, and Assist with processing timesheets for payroll purposes, when needed. Required Skills/Abilities Competent with the use of Excel. Able to use accounting computer applications. Must maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct, while adhering to agency policies and procedures. Attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Minimum Requirements Associate degree in accounting or business from an accredited college or university. Minimum of two (2) years' experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Ability to pass Level II Background clearance, drug test (CBHC is a drug free workplace) Job Posted by ApplicantPro
