WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU The River Source offers industry leading, cost-effective, substance abuse treatment for those in need. The mission of the Admissions Director is to admit clients by directing the admissions process; developing, implementing and maintaining revenue-generating strategies. You will determine and implement admissions best-practices by promoting the programs and maintaining a satisfied client base. Y ou will also thrive in effectively communicating and collaborating with other departments. We serve as a resource for anyone that needs help finding the appropriate treatment for their specific set of needs. You will also possess the following skills: Verbal and written communication skills (bilingual is a plus) Interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to prioritize tasks and at times delegate as needed Analytical and problem-solving skills Leadership qualities WHAT YOU WILL BRING Bachelors degree Admissions Coordinator experience Experience in the Behavioral Health/Substance Abuse field Must be at least 21 years of age CPR/First Aid Certified Must have Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card prior to start date WHAT YOUR DUTIES WILL BE Lead Admission Coordinators who are responsible for: motivating clients towards change, client phone screening, speaking with family members about treatment, detail our services and explain rates Develop, implement and lead procedures to ensure client care is being addressed, services are explained properly and each client situation is being assessed Analyze call center data to improve processes, functioning and see that the ethical nature of admissions is being upheld to The River Source standards REWARDS OF WORKING AT THE RIVER SOURCE Full support and career development resources to expand your skills, enhance your expertise and maximize your potential along your career journey A diverse and inclusive community of belonging, where teammates are empowered to bring ideas to the table and act on them Generous Rewards Plan- comprising health, finance and wealth, work/life balance and career benefits. The work environment is that characteristic of residential behavioral health treatment services. Must be able to stand, sit, and travel to all areas of the facility and meetings as necessary; as well as read, write, and comprehend the English language. Salary: $45,000-$60,000
