Position Overview The Shop Custodian maintains the shop appearance and cleanliness. The schedule is Monday-Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Who would I interact with? The Shop Custodian interacts daily the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, and Technicians. What are the day-to-day responsibilities? Cleans the shop area. Performs routine maintenance. Mops and sweeps shop area. Sweeps technician stalls. Clean oil storage tanks according to procedures. Drain and disposes of used oil filters properly. Remove scrap and tires from the shop. Returns cores to storage area. Assists technicians with oil and water spills. Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside. Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection. Understands and complies with OSHA Right-To-Know and other federal, state, and local regulations. Performs other duties, as assigned. What are the requirements for this job? Must be able to read and write Experience: N/A Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Must have driver's license with clean driving record Apply Today!
