Swank Construction Company, LLC has been a leader in the heavy/highway construction industry for over 80 years. We are based out of Western PA but have worked not only all over the state of PA, but in the surrounding states as well. Swank is looking to grow its market by adding a milling crew out in Eastern PA. Swank Construction Company is looking for a CDL/Lowboy Driver to join our Milling Division. TO BE CONSIDERED A QUALIFIED APPLICANT Ability to operate a lowboy truck and trailer to and from different job sites. Ability to operate a service truck when needed. Maintenance of truck and trailer and milling equipment and machinery. Keep job sites clean of all unused/waste materials and ensure all equipment is stored in a safe and secure manner. Ability to load and unload equipment safely and efficiently at various locations. Ensure all payloads are loaded securely before moving to ensure safety and to comply with company and DOT standards. Must be able to comply with and follow all DOT requirements and regulations. Dependable, Reliable, Punctual, & Self Motivated. Must be available to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends) Willingness to travel. Valid Class A CDL - Required. Up-to-date DOT Medical Card - Required. Two (2) years' experience as a CDL/Lowboy Driver - Required. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens & background checks, including MVR. Ensure the practice of safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA. Perform all other tasks and follow instructions as directed by direct supervisors.
