Faith-based family health care center seeking a full time Operations Support Coordinator (OSC) - Maintenance Technician to join our growing administrative staff! The OSC -Maintenance Technician will assist the Facilities Manager with the maintenance of all ELFHCC sites. Duties will include performing routine maintenance, addressing/resolving maintenance concerns as they arise and deferring to our contracted vendors for escalated and/or specialty repairs. Please visit www.elfhcc.com to learn more about our company and mission to provide quality healthcare for all. **COVID and Influenza vaccines are required** QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in the role of maintenance personnel, general contractor or a similar field. Able to pass a background check including PA State Police, Childline and FBI Fingerprinting. Must have a valid PA driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. This role requires local travel to all ELFHCC office locations. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Preventative, routine maintenance that includes but is not limited to painting, changing light fixtures, repairing floor tiles/rugs, and repair of faucets, electrical outlets and ceiling tiles. Ordering/retrieving supplies from vendors. Working with staff and vendors on escalated/specialty assignments to ensure completion. Setting up/relocating office furniture and equipment. Cleaning debris/damage to the buildings that may occur as a result of weather, accidents, etc. Maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due. Serve as a point of contact and reach out to vendors for situations that fall outside of the scope of routine maintenance (i.e. AceLock, SSA). Identify any current or potential maintenance or structural issues that can pose a safety hazard to ELFHCC employees, patients, and visitors. Report incidents in Healthcare Safety Zone software. Compensation: Salary range commensurate with education and experience.
