Assist with training Apprentice Service Technicians. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training as needed. Required Qualifications: Valid drivers license and clean driving record 2 or more years of residential HVAC service experience Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes Work from 12' step ladder Comfortable with troubleshooting and repair of forced air furnaces Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance Able to demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers Comfortable utilizing technology to process customer data onsite Desire to offer exceptional customer care Desire to educate customers about the value and options the company can offer them Experience with residential boilers is a plus EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License or willingness to pursue this within 1 year NATE certification or willingness to pursue this within 1 year Pay Scale: 45,000 - $100,000+/Annual - Based on experience with extensive bonus opportunities. Sign On Bonus: Up to $3000 based on experience Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, alternating on-call schedule approximately 6-9 times per year to cover 24/7 emergency service; some weekends and evenings based on customer needs.
