Maintains open communication with all the departments supporting the TFFC-W program (Care Management, PYA, Medical, Clinical, and Education etc.). TFFC-W program with making sound decisions regarding the overall quality of services provided to the children and families we serve. Monitors all areas of compliance (FASP's Quality and timeliness, PH report quality and timeliness, SPR quality and rate of occurrence, sibling visits, quality and frequency of casework contacts with children, Foster Parent and Discharge resource, Court Appearances. . . etc.) while having responsibility of supervising supervisor and supporting clinical supervisor. Requirements : Master's in social work or related field, experience in the field of child welfare. Prior supervisory experience in foster care agency and excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Awareness of new trends in the field of children's and family's services.
