Police Officer : Police Department Police Officer Requirements: Must be 21 years of age. Must have High School Diploma or GED and either 12 hours of college credits with at least a 2.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale or 2 years of US military service with an Honorable Discharge. Must be eligible to be TCOLE certified or already certified. Must be able to pass a background investigation which includes polygraph, psychological and physical/ drug screen exams. Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to pass a physical agility test. Please Note: Applicants will be notified of the testing date, time and venue via email.
