CDS Customer Service Volunteer (Unpaid)

Description:
Basic Function: Responsible for facilitating communication between attendants/participants and CDS Quality Assurance Manager. Responsibilities Consumer Inquiries Answer timesheet, and EVV inquiries via telephone, in writing, or email with 2 business days turnaround from the initial inquiry. Assist with unscheduled walk-in inquiries to provide customer support. Compliance Communicate with CDS Participants and CDS Attendants regarding incorrect timesheet issues. Gather timesheet and EVV corrections as needed and email them to the CDS Consumer Liaison. Complete timesheet and EVV re-training to participants and attendants in the office as needed. Communication Daily calls to participants and attendants to inform them of any failed EVV clock-ins or clock-outs when necessary. Provide customer service for all participants and attendants for EVV timesheet-related issues. Documentation Document all contacts with Participants and Attendants in CILs as appropriate. Maintain corrections spreadsheet. Maintain EVV failed calls spreadsheet. Miscellaneous Demonstrate knowledge of agency policy and procedures. Understands and is committed to the independent living philosophy. Protects participants' rights to privacy and confidentiality in all forms of communication. Complete other duties as assigned. Skills Required High Level of Organization Attention to Detail Multi-Tasking Time Management Ability to Communicate in Writing Professionalism Excellent Verbal Communication Ability to Work Independently Ability to Maintain Confidentiality Computer Proficiency in Microsoft and Database Environments Education and Training High school degree or equivalent.
