YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR - INVENTORY CONTROL LEAD This warehouse management position typically works 8-hour shifts between our warehouse hours of 7 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Some overtime and Saturday work may be needed. Being our HVAC Warehouse Coordinator - Inventory Control Lead, you play a vital role in keeping us organized and operations running efficiently. Highly attentive, you track inventory and ensure our technicians have all the materials and supplies needed to perform each job. As shipments arrive, you meticulously document each item and carefully load and unload them while prioritizing safety. Additionally, you lead by example and ensure that everyone in the warehouse follows our safety guidelines. You're always collaborative with your team while remaining in touch with our technicians to guarantee every job can be tackled to the best of everyone's ability. If techs are running low on resources, you swiftly address their needs, making you the essential component that keeps our operations running smoothly.
