Dave's Appliance, Inc. is looking for a Front Office Assistant ~ Our Heat Pump Division is a fast-paced business office with heavy phone traffic. Responsibilities will include: Answering phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members Filling out job lead forms, prequalify questions for heat pump proposals Organize and schedule appointments Assist office staff as needed Assist in completing general office tasks. Handling requests for floor staff, greeting people who come into the office, taking payments and signed proposals, filling the copier with paper, etc. Job Qualifications: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Assisting daily office needs, Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks Maintain confidential customer information, records, and files Ability to perform basic clerical duties Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task Ability to work independently and with a team Highly organized, a take-charge individual who can manage and maintain existing systems Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus Dave's Appliance, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
