We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with experience to assist our Customer Service Department in donations department. T hey are a driving force of the company to many of our customers and non-customers alike. We view this role as one of the single most important positions. Individuals on this team help customers meet their goals by handling routine task and giving a warm welcome to everyone who calls in for assistance. Days: Monday-Friday Hours: Varies- Must have avaibility of 7am-7pm Typical hours: 8:30 am -5:30 pm Pay: $15 hourly Job Duties Requirements: Answering calls in timely manner Must be fluent in Spanish and English Processing payments via deb, credit card, check etc... Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally Comfortable working under a camera Act as primary point of contact for customers Other duties as assigned Desired Skills and Abilities: Must be bilingual in Spanish and English Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service; attitude should make customers look forward to dealing with TDSI even when the circumstances are not ideal.
