As a Parts Counter Customer Service Rep - HVAC Equipment Sales Rep, you help customers find the right equipment and parts for their HVACR projects. Whether you're helping someone over the phone, via email, or in person, you provide friendly and professional customer service. Highly knowledgeable, you're a technical expert on the range of items we stock, and you're happy to educate customers about product features and benefits. Once you've determined which supplies the customer needs, you total the price to compile sales quotes and invoices. You competently handle sales transactions, returns, and warranty paperwork. When necessary, you prepare items for shipping or assist customers with loading merchandise. Thanks to your great organizational skills, items are always properly stocked and our store is tidy and inviting. You enjoy having a job where your HVACR knowledge is valued, and you feel great about providing fantastic customer service each day ! WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU HVACR certification and/or 6+ months of HVACR experience Customer service and/or sales experience Computer proficiency, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Basic math skills Must complete the Cultural Index survey sent out after submitting the application A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
