We are looking for team members that have great and hospitable attitudes! Personality is everything! Must be enthusiastic, friendly, and happy with an overwhelming need to help people! Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy and consistency.We will teach you everything else you need to know! Responsibilities: Engages the customer with a cheerful & energetic attitude. Anticipates guests' needs with a sense of Urgency. Responsible for answering guests' questions regarding menu items. Rings up orders in an efficient and expeditious manner being careful not to rush the guest. Responsible for having a balanced cash drawer at the end of a shift. Up sells/recommends items to guests. Maintains store cleanliness Works well in pressure situations. Maintains professionalism. Adheres to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance. Adheres to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling. Performs other duties as assigned by management. This posting does not list all of the essential functions of the position. Qualifications & Requirements: Food Handler's Card for current county. (San Bernardino) Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds. High school diploma a plus. Recent food Handling Experience preferred Available and reliable to cover shifts when required. Should be able to communicate effectively and be understood (Cashier's need to be able to speak, read & write). Strong customer service oriented driven attitude. Has capacity to perform and multitask not limited to prepping, making & serving food duties. Has a positive approach when dealing with supervisors, peers and customers. Open Availability Preferred Have a willingness to learn and grow with the company Willingness to Cross-Train Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
