Concession Harvey's Hut/Cashier Season begins early-May to early-September Qualification: Minimum age 18 years-preferred. Job Summary: Responsible for the daily duties of the concession stand and aquatic center including but not limited to: food prep, customer service, cash handling, inventory control, merchandise and supply restocking, slide supervision, guest greeter and facility upkeep. Supervision: The Seasonal Concession Staff will report directly to the Concession Manager. QUALIFICATIONS: Responsible, courteous, good communication skills, accurate cash handling skills, good work ethic and ability to work without close supervision. Must possess a sense of pride and accomplishment with ones work Duties and Responsibilities: Food prep and service in accordance with Health Department regulations and guidelines. Correctly operating all foodservice equipment. Proper food handling procedures. Cash handling. Accurate count of start-up and ending monies. Accurate change counting. Accurate sales transaction. Communicate with other staff and customers in a courteous and professional manner. Inventory control. Complete required inventory sheets. Daily restocking of merchandise. Facility upkeep. Daily and continuous cleaning of concession stand area and equipment. Daily trash removal from concession stands. Enforce all rules and regulations with patrons. Assist with special events and facility operations. Comply with City of Troy and County regulations and policies. Any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
