Rufino's Pizzeria is currently hiring for a full-time or part-time Pizza Deliverer / Driver to join our delivery team in the West Warwick, RI area. This position earns a competitive wage of $10.50/hour plus tips . In addition to competitive pay and our supportive culture , we offer our Pizza Deliverers / Drivers the following perks: Paid training A supportive work environment Flexible scheduling $500 signing bonus payable after 90 days Our drivers can keep the $5 delivery fee per order we charge for the 1st 30 days So, now that you've learned the who, what, where, and why, you may be wondering HOW? DAY-TO-DAY This delivery position can be full- or part-time and typically works between the hours of 11 AM - 9 PM on Sunday - Thursday and 11 AM - 10 PM on Friday and Saturday . With daytime and evening shifts available, you can have the flexibility to build the work schedule that fits best with your life schedule. This position is at our West Warwick location, but training will be conducted at our Hope location. As a Pizza Deliverer / Driver, you play a vital role in the operations of our restaurant. You start your shift at the restaurant, where you keep track of orders as they come in. Always organized, you batch orders so that you're delivering to the same area and making the best use of your time. You always make sure to drive safely and carefully when you're out on deliveries. Whether full- or part-time, you enjoy working in a position that allows you to be out and about. The tips that you receive only sweeten the deal more!
