What we have to offer: Spiff / Bonus program Tool replacement program Boot and uniform program Company paid training and ultimate access to LMS training Dealer training for Trane equipment Benefits: Medical insurance Paid vacation Paid holidays 401K with match Company uniform / phone Spiff bonus program Education reimbursement Job Title: HVAC Apprentice Pay Rate: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, overtime as needed Due to growth in our company, we have an immediate opening for a HVAC Apprentice to join our team. This is a paid hands-on training position to build a career in the HVAC industry. In this role you will learn to install heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, and ductwork to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience. What you will be doing: Working with a lead installer Learning installation processes and procedures Following directions and able to work as a team an independently Retrofit / Changeout installation of residential HVAC systems Loading and unloading supplies for jobs Building platforms, drill holes, and insulate duct work Installing line sets, duct work, low voltage wiring and accessories Continual company paid Trane dealer training, EPA and NATE Certification Qualifications / Skills Valid driver's license and insurable driving record EPA Certification or obtain once employed Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes including NATE certification Well organized and able to work independently Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance Able to use a measuring tap Mechanical aptitude High School Diploma or GED Construction or similar industry experience desired HVAC Technical School Certification desired Check us out online: www.mitchellhvac.com apprentice, install, HVAC, labor, helper, construction, air conditioning, AC, A/C, heating, furnace, heat pump, entry level, installer, install job, entry level job
