YOUR LIFE AS AN AV INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN / CONTROL 4 PROGRAMMER As an AV Installation Technician / Control 4 Programmer, you play a key role in making our clients' theater rooms their favorite spot in their homes. Your job is to install the audio-visual equipment our customers need for optimal movie viewing. After the installation is complete, you test each component to make sure they function well together and then teach our clients how to use their new systems. In addition, you sometimes assist the design and development department. You also perform service calls to the homes of existing clients, either to install an upgrade or troubleshoot an issue. Whenever you make these calls, you use your excellent customer service skills to let our customers know they can count on us for support. You enjoy interacting with our clients and get a kick out of seeing how much they love their home theaters.
