A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) / CLIENT SERVICES As a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR), you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer care to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly.
