YOUR IMPACT AS OUR SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER As our Service Operations Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your plumbing team. This includes managing and delegating tasks to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You also maintain a strong working relationship with our clients and with management, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the work being done. If a client is ever unhappy with our work, you speak with them and do your best to address the problem. A strong leader, you coach and train your team members as well as recruit and hire new talent.
