This position with our landscaping team earns a competitive starting salary of $$65,000 per year for the first 3 months. At the beginning of your fourth month, raises will be discussed. This position also receives bonuses and commissions . We provide exceptional benefits , including medical, dental, a retirement plan, and on-the-job training . Additionally, we offer this position 6 paid holidays, 1 week of vacation time per year, and reimbursements for travel expenses . Gas reimbursements are paid on a weekly basis. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETER - CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR As a Marketer - Construction Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards. Attentive to detail, you make sure that each site is measured efficiently and accurately. You also make sure that the landscape design agreements, 2D designs, 3D designs, and estimates for each project are completed correctly according to the specifications of the client and local code. You hire a general manager (GM) for each area and help the local GM to find subcontractors. You ensure that each local office is set up and can operate effectively. Also, you help develop new marketing campaigns to promote our exceptional landscaping services. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MARKETER - CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR Your schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm .
