A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUTTER MAINTENANCE CREW LEADER As a Gutter Maintenance Crew Leader, you play a crucial role on our team by supervising a crew that performs wood replacement and installs gutters and downspouts. You travel to customers' homes around our area and inspect their roofs, determining how to safely and efficiently install the system they have requested. Then, you get to work. You delegate tasks to your team and supervise them throughout the day, ensuring that the work is completed to our high standards. While on the job site, you represent our company to the customer. If they have any questions, you provide helpful answers and updates on the progress of the work. Once the job is over, you leave the customer's home cleaner than you found it. Your satisfaction comes from building your leadership skills while delivering fantastic results for our customers! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A GUTTER MAINTENANCE CREW LEADER 5+ years of experience Valid driver's license Ability to drive trucks and trailers Do you have great communication skills? Are you comfortable supervising others and providing feedback? Can you prioritize safety and quality while consistently meeting deadlines? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!
