A COA Accredited Agency, CMCS has provided services in locations throughout Westchester and Rockland Counties, as well as the Bronx and Manhattan since 1946. The Assistant Residence Manager provides supervision to the residence counselors and assistance to individuals with a developmental disability that fosters independence, community growth, social maturity and inclusion. To participate in the development and assist in the implementation of each program plan with the understanding that all people have the ability to participate in one's community in a variety of ways. Assist the Residence Manager in the tasks related to the total daily operation of the residence. Assures that the essential staff tasks are conducted in a manner and location that recognizes the residence as a home. This position is required to be on-call during the absence of the Residence Manager. Requirements: Essential skills, experience, licensure, certification: Associates Degree and three years experience in OMRDD residential services or, Bachelors degree and one year experience in OMRDD residential services preferred. Valid New York State driver's license required Acceptable driving record as issued by Department of Motor Vehicles.
