Eviscerates cattle performing any combination of the following task: Slit body cavity of carcass, reaches inside abdominal cavity, cuts membranes holding intestine. Opens the diaphragm to pull heart and remove liver without popping the bile. Remove the heart and aorta and drop product on conveyor belt for USDA presentation. This job also requires that you remove the kidney and peel to present to USDA. This job requires attention to detail. This position requires excellent attendance, must be on time, and must be a team player. Previous knife skills are a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
