Description Linkitall LLC (DBA LIA) is seeking a highly organized Facility Manager to provide services in support of the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Detrick for classroom management, auditorium management, Building 1520 facility management, and limited IT support to ensure successful day to day operations within and around the facility. Benefits Medical, Dental, 401K, Spot bonuses, AD&D/Life Insurance, PTO, Mental Health PTO, Birthday PTO, Housing Incentive Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive) Ensures the facility is ready for successful operation each business day, which includes the following responsibilities listed below. Serves as the primary point of contact for all classroom reservations and inquiries. Schedules classroom reservations in SharePoint, instructs users on equipment, opens and ensures reservations are properly input into the SharePoint website and confirmation has been provided to customer within two business days of request. Act as be the super user of systems provided by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) (User manuals for auditorium and classroom equipment.) Secures doors and maintains a standard appearance of each room. Provides initial user training to all customers who have reserved the classrooms or auditorium. Certifies that reservations are properly input into the SharePoint website and confirmation has been provided to customer within two business days of request. Ensures the classroom user/customer has been given instructions on how to operate the equipment prior to events. Guarantees each user has access to the classroom at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of event unless other coordination has been made in writing at least seven days in advance. Provides a checklist of acceptable classroom use to the user/customer at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of the event. Ensure the classrooms are restored to the original standards within one hour after the event. Maintains positioning of the tables and chairs, returning equipment to its original location or storage area, restocking normal supplies such as easel paper, etc. Schedules auditorium reservations, instructs users on equipment use, and open and secure doors. Ensures each user has access to the auditorium at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of event, unless other coordination has been made in writing at least seven days in advance. Provides the auditorium user/customer given instructions on how to operate the equipment at least 30 minutes prior to start time (necessary remotes and accessories that were required and confirmed with the reservation.) Provides a checklist of acceptable auditorium use to the user/customer at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of the event. Open and close the telescope bleachers in the auditorium as required for each event. Ensures all customer equipment is properly connected to our systems; providing trouble shooting of the connections throughout the reservation time. Initiates service calls to the Network Enterprise Center help desk and be the primary POC for technical on-site or remote resolutions when network issues are identified. Notifies the COR that repairs are needed on the audio-visual equipment within 30-minutes of system problems. The COR will be responsible for coordination and scheduling of repairs. Submits a service request to the building manager of Building 1520 within one hour of receiving notification of a building issue from an occupant or customer. Submits a valid customer complaint to the building manager of Building 1520, who will submit a request to DPW within one hour of a custodial issue or recycled materials pickup issue. Guarantees customers who require Directorate of Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (DFMWR) equipment or services (i.e. tables/chairs/food/setup) are provided contact information for the DFMWR Business Manager within one day of the approved reservation. Initiates service calls to the Network Enterprise Center help desk and be the primary POC for technical on-site or remote resolutions in the event of network access issues. Submits service requests to the building manager of Building 1520 within one hour of receiving notification of a building issue from an occupant or customer. Provides a monthly report to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Guarantees all doors are securely closed at the end of day. Provides a monthly report to the COR within 10 days of the following month of work completed and deficiencies noted. The report will include, at a minimum: number of reservations made and canceled; number of customer inquiries; all issues encountered in the classrooms and auditorium; list of service calls made with details of each; and any other deficiencies that prevented successful services. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 8+ years of facility management experience in lieu of degree. 5+ years of facility management preferred. The ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC.) Valid Maryland Driver's license required. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Maintain a high level of detail, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. Skills Must be proficient in SharePoint. Detail Orientated - Paying close attention to attention while having the ability to multitask. Strong proficiency using Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). Exemplary attention to detail/accuracy. Excellent organizational, stress and time management skills. Ability to work with diverse personalities. Professional, personable demeanor. Able to prioritize, multitask, and work quickly with minimal supervision. Analytical and problem-solving acumen. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Physical Requirements: Some Physical labor and walking up and down the auditorium bleachers.
