The starting base rate of pay for an Automotive Service Manager / Service Advisor is negotiable . Automotive Service Managers / Service Advisors discuss and explain recommended and/or necessary service, maintenance, and vehicle repairs with customers. To keep the shop/service center running efficiently and ensure we deliver the timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, Automotive Service Managers / Service Advisors direct the workflow of mechanics and technicians and oversee the scheduling and staging of vehicle service/repair work.
