We are looking to hire a full-time Seasonal Analyst within our ERAS Support Services department. The role of a Seasonal Analyst is to review and process a high volume of residency, fellowship application documents, and provide customer support. ABOUT THE ROLE A DAY IN THE LIFE of Seasonal Analyst The primary responsibility of the Seasonal Analyst include: Provide applicants and medical schools support via phone, e-mail and processing documents. WORK SCHEDULE for Seasonal Analyst This seasonal position typically works 7-hour workdays, Monday - Friday, with a flexible virtual work arrangement. Mandatory overtime may be required. SALARY for Seasonal Analyst (Starting at $21/hr.) Any offered salary is determined based on competency and skills, prior relevant experience, required degrees/certifications, internal equity within the organization and market competition. ABOUT YOU Our ideal candidate for the Seasonal Analyst has the following skills & experience: SKILLS Strong administrative skills and advanced computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly learn to work with in-house software a must. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Review and process residency and fellowship application documents; guide applicants though processes related to their residency and fellowship application. Review all documentation related to applicant's application and ensure timely processing of documents to the applicant's application record. Coordinate and collaborate with management, peers, & agency staff to ensure quality and timely transmission of all documents. Identify unique applicant cases, define resolutions, seek approval by manager and document actions. Provide follow-up correspondence to applicants confirming action taken on each applicant's record. Provides applicant support via phone and e-mail Performs other duties, as assigned by managers. EXPERIENCE 2 years of Customer care/Support experience is preferred. EDUCATION Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required.
