NOW HIRING FOR SUMMER CAMP 2023! The YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg is currently hiring Specialty Camp Counselors who enjoy working with kids, creating a safe and fun atmosphere, and maintaining a structured activity schedule. Specialty Camp Counselors are responsible for assisting with creating and implementing lessons and projects, managing supplies, and for the supervision of campers participating in our various Specialty Camps for 2023: Fishing Florida Outdoor Adventure Sailing Cooking All About Animals STEM & Science Ideal applicants should have high interest and some knowledge in one or more of the above categories. Apply today to share your passion and skill set with our future generation! Pay rate: $12.00-$13.50/hour, 30-39 hours per week with the option of subbing during regular camp weeks. Must be available for most week days June-July 2023. Minimum age 18. Pre-employment drug screen and level 2 fingerprint background check required. Specialty Camps are located at various locations in St. Petersburg and Largo, FL.
