A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN In this position, you are vital to the operations of our auto repair shop. When customers bring in their cars and trucks, you carefully and thoroughly inspect them. Based on the findings of your inspections, you diagnose any issues and suggest repairs. Then, you skillfully complete the repairs. As you do so, you keep an open line of communication with our service advisors, management, and the customer. If other team members need your assistance completing repairs, you help them cheerfully. Throughout the day, you do your part to keep the shop clean and tidy. You take pride in helping our customers get safely back on the road! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN 1+ years of auto repair experience Understanding of automotive technology Excellent diagnostic skills Are you able to keep up in a productive, fast-paced environment? Do you have superb problem-solving and critical thinking abilities? Can you clearly communicate with both clients and coworkers? Are you meticulous in your work? Can you effectively prioritize multiple tasks? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!
