Our Slumberland location in Bemidji, MN is currently hiring for a Store Manager! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to create a positive customer experience and be a stimulating influence on the sales team to drive sales growth. The essential role of this position is leading and training of the staff, inventory control, community relations and customer service. About Slumberland: At Slumberland, our mission is to improve the lives of our customers. We take pride in providing your family with living room and dining room furniture and home decor, as well as mattresses and bedroom furniture, intended to create a home filled with comfort and love. What We Offer: We offer a competitive wage which includes a base salary, potential bonuses based on store performance, and commission on personal sales! Estimated pay range between $60,000 - $80,000 annually depending on store performance. We also offer a full benefits package, which includes: Paid Time Off (which begins accruing day 1!)
