Stark Tech is searching for a customer focused Training Specialist to join our team. If you have a lot of experience with Articulate, Storyline and LMS Administration, we want to talk to you! How are you successful in this role? The Training Specialist is responsible for collaborating with the Training Manager on training programs from conception through measurement. In this role, you are responsible for developing and delivering learning solutions in both classroom and electronic environments assisting employees in achieving meaningful learning objectives. This position will support managers and team leads with ensuring on-the-job training programs are successful. This role will be expected to create learning content of all modalities including eLearning and includes being an LMS administrator and managing all aspects of the platform for our staff. What we would like to see? 3+ years of experience in a training-type function facilitating classes regularly. 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, with a focus on skill development 2+ years of experience training/coaching technology systems Experience providing effective learning via both ILT and VILT Experience with adult learning techniques and learning measurement. Experience as a Learning Management System (LMS) administrator Strong instructional design skills including eLearning Development with Articulate; or similar. Experience building strong cross-functional relationships to co-create solutions and achieve goals. What we would love to see? Bachelor's degree in education. Training or Instructional Design certification(s). Experience developing full training programs from conception through measurement. Experience in HVAC, Building Automation, Construction, Clean Tech industry. Experience in Project Management, Customer Service and Sales Training Who are we?
