Position Summary: LTN ARC is a fully managed service providing large scale digital event versioning for live events, using proprietary, cutting-edge technology, helping our clients monetize content across multiple digital platforms. This role will be responsible for leading the execution of the strategic vision for the ARC platform. You will collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations on cross-functional workflows, product, and technology, to bring success to LTN and our clients. This position is expected to maintain positive customer relations and act as an extension of the client to LTN. The ARC team's mission is to manage programs and workflows associated with delivering scalable versioning for live events. In addition to continuously driving and improving the execution of this mission; the Program Manager will ensure the teams and systems are supporting the growth of our product, enhancing new features, developing business opportunities, and enhancing our client's experience. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: A proven record of end-to-end ownership, and successfully delivering results in a dynamic business environment. Track and advocate for client needs while providing a clear roadmap for customer success within the Arc program. Show the ability to manage cross-function programs with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver products and services. Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and evaluate new ideas with technical counterparts. Experience in managing and communicating relevant results to senior leadership. Ability to write functional requirements to create tools and refine processes and policies. Passionate about understanding customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development. Experience handling video production distribution and delivery. Self-directed professional with technical leadership and project management skills. Ability to understand customer business requirements and how they align with LTN strategic vision and technical capabilities. Develops and maintains documentation, templates, operations guides, and customer facing documentation/reports as required. Requirements: 5 plus years of experience in technical project management (Video Production is preferred). Excellent relationship management, customer service, communication, and presentation skills. Proven success in managing customer relationships. Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Must be COVID vaccinated and boosted. Work Environment: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and equipment). Travel - limited but occasional based on client requests.
