As we continue to grow, we're seeking an office administrator, part-time or full-time, to join our team in office at in Lakewood Ranch. Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of administrative experience, including bookkeeping and a familiarity with Quickbooks. This position may also assist with coordinating leadership team schedule, event planning, social media, and other related activities.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Greet visitors in a professional manner Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research Responsible for managing QuickBooks Qualifications 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Proficient computer skills and ability to operate Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Quickbooks. Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through FridayJoin our team, and you will inspire positive change in our community!Job Type: Part-Time, Full-timeSalary: $17.00 to $25.00 /hour
