This full-time Assistant Administrator & CSR position at our plumbing office typically works Mon - Fri from 8:00 am to 5 pm . A lot of information flows through our plumbing office, and you make sure that is accessible. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer service! You spend much of your time answering phones, calling customers back to answer questions, and remembering to follow up! Using your amazing organizational skills, you keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. You also provide fantastic customer service as you communicate with clients by phone, email, or in person. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized.
