Primary Job Function: to provide service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of residential plumbing fixtures and equipment according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Pay Scale: Up to $32/h depending on experience + Spiffs! On average our lead plumbers are making $100k yearly! Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, some overtime & on-call as required. There's no on-call after 7 pm! Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass drug and background screens At least 2 years of plumbing experience (preferably in residential service plumbing) Experience with boilers is preferred License is not required, but is a plus Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in reading blueprints Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes Willing to work in all types of weather Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work Qualifications desired: Great communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Energetic personality Well organized and ability to work independently
