DirectViz Solutions is a high-level, strategic consulting services firm that meets mission IT needs for government clients. We have an opening for a full-time Security Receptionist. The work location will be Fort Huachuca in Sierra Vista, AZ. This position requires a Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Physical and Traditional Security. Job Description: Verify appropriate identification is present and visible on all personnel attempting entry into the RCC-C. Verify all guest in Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and Defense Information System Security (DISS) to issue the appropriate badge prior to permitting entry into RCC-C. Greet all incoming and outgoing staff and customers. Monitor incidents and service requests using Remedy ITSM and provide the requested support within established Service Level Targets (SLT). Take appropriate action, as necessary, to ensure proper handling of classified material in order to mitigate any possibility of breaches in security, policy, or procedures. Effectively manage time and effort to ensure on-time completion of all assigned tasks. Support special projects as needed to achieve organizational goals and/or mission objectives. Coordinate with external organizations such as 7th Signal Command (Theater), Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), U.S. Army Cyber Command (USARCYBER) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) as needed to support customer request. Assist in the creation, maintenance and/or review of written documentation and procedures for the RCC-C and Access Management Team Assist with regular security checks, document findings, and assist with remediation efforts. Minimum Qualifications: HS +4 or AA/AS +2 or BA/BS +0 years of customer service experience Ability to secure and maintain a SECRET level security clearance Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills Scheduling flexibility, to include nights, weekends and/or holidays, as needed Occasional travel may be required for work or training purposes NOTE: The Security Receptionist role is a rotating schedule to cover 24x7x365 operations. This position will require flexible hours. Applicants may be required to show proof of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card to be eligible for employment at some work sites.
