Family Services is a non-profit organization that protects, heals and cares for children and families throughout Northeast Wisconsin. Family Services is strongly committed to protecting children and vulnerable individuals from abuse and exploitation. When traumatic situations occur, our staff is there to assist the individual or family with their journey of healing and recovery. Family Services cares for individuals who are isolated, abandoned or just need help developing the skills to live successfully. Our HR team supports the staff that support our community. We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Assistant working 20-29 hours/week (minimum of 4 days per week) providing administrative and system processing support to the HR Department. This position posts job openings, new hire paperwork, employee benefit paperwork and other employment changes as well as responding to employee questions. Qualifications for this position include an Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Administrative Services, Data Processing or similar or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years administrative support, data processing or other relevant experience is required. Qualified candidates must also be able to handle sensitive and confidential information and have proficient typing and data entry skills. Accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and organizational and time management skills are critical in this role. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
