This position will report to the Controller and work alongside four other project accountants. Responsibilities & Duties Project setup and maintenance in Assist in preparing Owner pay applications, including any supporting documentation as required by the general contract. This includes the preparation of sworn statements when Work with Subcontractors/Vendors and project team members in processing all project- related invoices and credit card Ensure subcontract compliance items such as insurance and lien waivers are Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor or other project managers as Reviewing budgets, including staffing, work plans, and fee Providing project managers and clients with timely financial reports, budgets, and project forecasts.
