Human Resources CoordinatorCape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is looking for a human resources' coordinator. This person will be responsible for extending a warm welcome to all new and returning employees and acclimating them to the resort and their environment. The successful candidate must possess a kind, affable demeanor, and a genuine caring for our employees. This role will encompass a variety of duties to facilitate the employee orientation process.The responsibilities of the human resources' coordinator will include Welcoming employees to the resort in a warm and caring manner Assisting with uniform distribution and alterations Making name tags for employees Answering questions from employees regarding their orientation to employment and living on Cape Cod Coordinating attendance at orientation sessions Coordinating department specific training Assisting with telephone inquiries The successful candidate should have excellent organizational, computer and customer service skills. Previous experience in human resources is preferred, but not required.Wequassett Resort and Golf Club is an exquisite 27-acre waterfront resort on beautiful Pleasant Bay.
