Weld hydraulic excavators according to the guidelines set by the OMS.DUTIESPerform all duties safely and continuously promote safety improvements.Follow all safety, quality and DFT guidelines.Complete all required quality checks and adhere to all TES and Deere-Hitachi Quality Standards.Support all Quality initiatives such as QLS activities.Support all 5S activities.Support all Kaizen related activities i.e., Kaizen Meetings, Kaizen Blitz, and Small Work Teams.Operate overhead cranes and fork trucks.Follow all inventory control procedures for steel parts.Use OMS' as guide to complete all requirements of your operation.Successfully pass Deere-Hitachi's Weld Training Program.Perform required departmental welding operations. Gas metal arc welding (GMAW) and (Stick Welding) Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW).Perform welding that successfully passes Penetration and UT testing requirements.QUALIFICATIONSRequired- High School diploma, G.E.D.Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.Excellent math skills and attention to details.One plus years welding experience.Must be certified in crane operations.0
