LOOKING FOR A GREAT PLACE TO WORK? COME JOIN OUR TEAM - KLAMATH ORTHOPEDIC IS CURRENTLY HIRING* Customer service representative needed for our busy and fast paced physicians office.Medical office experience preferred, but is not required. We will train the right candidate, just come in with a positive and friendly attitude.Work days are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.so that you to start your weekend earlier. Just remember that hours may vary from time to time depending on physicians' schedules and late nights, these are rotated amongst the Customer Service Department.This is a full time position, with great benefits.We offer health insurance, 401(k), pension plan and paid time off.Salary based on experience. Requirements:Must be energetic, detailed oriented, dependable and professional individualMulti-task and work in a fast paced environment alone and with co-workersPossess the tact necessary to communicate effectively in oral and written form with patients, physicians and co-workersKnowledge of modern office equipment, systems and procedures, including computer skills and type efficientlyKnowledge of medical insurance and terminologyMust retain and quickly process informationMust pass drug and criminal background Duties:Enter patient demographics and insurance informationSchedule patient appointments according to physician's scheduling protocols and insurance guidelinesProcess and manage patient referrals Answer and/or triage queued multi-line phone calls If this sounds like you, please bring in your resume or email it to our HR Department.
