Bill Metzger Plumbing is a family owned business serving the residents of Orange County for over 50 years. Our team is growing and we are looking for a highly organized Office Assistant. Primary Job Function: Responsible for handling inbound customer calls. Contacting existing customers and neighbors for the purpose of scheduling service maintenance appointments, commercial service agreement appointments or sales appointments for comfort consultants Pay: $18-22/hr DOE Benefits: Medical (50% covered by employer), Paid holidays, Paid vacation, Paid sick time, Simple IRA with company match Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check 2+ years customer service experience Strong interpersonal and human relations skills Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Experience providing exceptional customer service Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to work well with others Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills Ability to keep a positive attitude customer service, admin, administrative, support, customer support, client support, client services, answering phones, receptionist, coordinator, dispatcher, csr, customer rep, green company, high tech, energy efficiency, scheduler, appointment generator
